I have been having PANIC ATTACKS for so many years that it is embarrassing. Keep you head up, anxiety panic attack treatment is closer than you think.
Panic attacks for me started at a very young age. I can remember starting to watch the daily film in history class, that I would usually fall sleep through. This particular day I kept being awakened by a mild terror. I was mad because I was tired and couldn’t fall asleep. I know your thinking “he shouldn’t be sleeping anyways”. That’s beside the fact. Through the next several years the terrors worsened. I would have to tell the teacher that I couldn’t read the blackboard to be able to sit in the back of the class. Sitting in the back of the class seemed to subside the extreme terror that I experienced.
I finally graduated high school and my parents were forcing me to attend college. All I could think of was 4 more years of Panic Attacks. I did very bad the first semester and got a talk’in to by my father, who was paying all of my college expenses. My father did not have a lot of money and was working all the overtime that he could to pay my bills. Needless to say I felt very bad. The rest of my college years were very hard, because I was in sheer terror throughout every lecture. I didn’t attain any information from any of the lectures, learning the material was all up to me. I managed to graduate in the top percentile, just because I felt guilty for my dad working all those hours.
Throughout my college experience no one knew I had extreme panic attacks. I kept it very hidden in order to fit in.
The next chapter starts. Corporate Life. This chapter excited me because I have always wanted to be self dependent. I got a great job and was very ambitious to move up the corporate latter. What do you think was holding me back? You guessed it “Panic Attacks”. I couldn’t attend long meetings, give talks, fly etc…
I decided to quit my high paying job and start a company where I could be in control. See where this is going? Panic attacks now are completely controlling my life.
Throughout all the years I have tried every pill, every course and all the doctors advise that I could find that would help my condition. Nothing worked!
Trying to figure out the root of my disorder, I would take myself back to the History class and the situations occurring in my life at that time. I came up with nothing. I couldn’t figure it out. What to do next?
I finally found something that WORKS and I’m very excited!
I’m writing this to let you know there is hope and anxiety panic attack treatment. Don’t give up trying to find out what works for you. What worked for me may not work for you.
